Hi Michelle! Sending you all the hugs and gratitude for opening your wounds so that others could start their journey to healing! XOXOXO.
Thank you Nancy. Coming from someone who has the biggest heart for others, this means a lot to me. We are all connected and if I can help one person, I have fulfilled on my mission. Thank you for kind words. XO
I am so proud of you my friend. You have accomplished so much in your life and all because you took baby steps and hard work to write your story, so many will be helped.
You are a beautiful person inside and out. xo
Thank you Janet. I have always appreciated your support and love. Adore you.
I just listened to your interview and I am so impressed with all the growth you have made over the past few years, Michelle! What a gift you are to this world!
My gosh, like the 9month Introduction Leaders Program (ILP) did not cause enough growth for both of us – right? Hehehe!
Thank you Marie. I have learned that looking within is the answer to 99% of all of my own challenges. Thanks for sharing your observations. This thing called life is a real journey – right? xoxo
Absolutely! And what a journey it is! The best thing about it is that we get to choose how we view our journey. It is through that lens that we create our own reality. 🙏🏽
Your interview & excerpt are so very poignant and important for so many people to hear. Stigma & guilt are awful unnecessary burdens to carry when dealing with mental illness. I’m so proud of you and thank you for opening the door & sharing your story so that we can all heal and find understanding & compassion for ourselves as well as for those we love. Can’t wait for the book release!
Thank you Lori. I am honored to get to tell my story and cause conversations around mental illness that will hopefully start to remove the stigma. Thank you for your love and support and for being a great teacher to me. xox
Wow…such a powerful interview! Such great insights into your life and sharing what the benefits of self care, mental care, and overall wellness of oneself really means. If we can all be supportive of one another in a Most caring and kind way…we really can change the way that Healthy Mental Well Being is looked at. Thank you shining your beacon onto this topic…Kudos to you!
Thank you Lina. I agree. More support is needed. We can cause that – one conversation at a time. Thank you for sharing. Xo 😘
